About
Company History
All Kleen has been serving western Washington neighborhoods, including Seattle, Lynnwood and Everett, for more than 30 years. We’re family-owned and operated, providing residential and commercial services such as floor cleaning, pressure washing, emergency restoration, upholstery revitalization and more. For our Same Day Service, specials and quotes call 1 (888) 771-4109 and let All Kleen do the rest.
Casey Shane, the owner of All Kleen, literally grew up in the carpet-cleaning business — his father founded the company in 1984. “I could find my dad by following the hose,” he says, laughing. Casey began working for the family business when he was just 12; by the time he was 16, he was participating on jobs.
Along the way, he discovered his true passion — problem-solving — which is reflected in the variety and quality of services All Kleen provides in homes and businesses around the Puget Sound region.
Although our cleaning technology and techniques have evolved over the years, the core mission and values of All Kleen remain the same: We provide quality deep cleaning, using safe products and state-of-the-art equipment. We are honest and transparent. And we aren’t done with any job until you are completely satisfied.
Stay Clean with All Kleen.
Our Team
Casey Shane
Casey Shane has been part of All Kleen since he was 16—that’s when he began going on jobs with his late father, who founded the company. Aside from stints as an engineer’s assistant and a furniture installer during his college days, his entire professional life has been spent in the floor-cleaning business. Today, as the owner of All Kleen, Casey carries on his dad’s mission of restoring floors to their prior glory and providing a service that “people are excited to use, unlike the dentist,” he says.
Casey lives in Brier with his wife, Michelle, whom he met when they were both in school at Western Washington University. He loves to cook on the grill and smoker, watch sports, go camping, work on projects around the house, and run around the dog park with Rawlf, their golden retriever.
Michelle S.
As the office manager for All Kleen, Michelle is involved with every aspect of the company’s operations outside of actually cleaning floors—she assists customers with scheduling, ensures our teams have the tools and supplies they need, and helps manage business functions. She’s been with All Kleen for six years; previous roles include clothing sales, Alaska fishery quality assurance, and working for her family’s furniture-installation company.
Michelle and her husband, Casey, live in Brier with their “spoiled” golden retriever Rawlf. She loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and listening to books.
Terrell A.
Terrell is a true artist—and that’s not just a way of saying he’s great with floors and pressure washing (although he certainly is). Part of our team for three years, and in the industry for eight, Terrell loves to create in mediums including ink, charcoal, paint, and clay.
He enjoys the variety of his work at All Kleen, along with the “therapeutic nature of seeing your impact after a job is completed.” Terrell lives in Mountlake Terrace with his partner of 10 years and a 15-year-old stepson, 12-year-old stepdaughter, and 8-year-old daughter.
Ivan A.
An All Kleen team member for eight years, Ivan takes great pride in his work and doing the job right. With a professional history that includes refinishing floors, he is invaluable to our deep-cleaning services; he also helps with water emergencies.
Ivan is a resident of Mountlake Terrace, where he lives with his wife, Erika. He has two children—Edwin is 7 and Yareli is 4—and another on the way. When he’s not working or playing with his kids, Ivan likes to watch the Green Bay Packers.
Chelsea B.
Chelsea is a new member of the All Kleen team, but she has plenty of experience—10 years of providing administrative support in medical offices. She is enjoying learning about the floor-cleaning business, helping people, and regularly seeing Rawlf the “office dog.”
Born and raised in Lynnwood, Chelsea has a son who is involved with sports and academics. Her hobbies include taking him on adventures around the Northwest, as well as reading, volunteering, and trying new restaurants.
Jake L.
Jake, who has been with All Kleen since 2020, enjoys two things most about his role: meeting new people every day and having friendly professional interactions with them.
Before joining the company, he worked in a shoe store and served as the caretaker for his late grandmother. An Alderwood resident, Jake loves playing sports and staying active with friends. He also collects and resells clothing, and says “the occasional videogame never hurts.”
Eddie R.
The quality of the All Kleen team starts with Eddie—who trains our technicians, provides management in the field, and performs quality control in addition to serving as a technician himself. He’s been in the industry since 2004 and with our company since 2013, and relishes interacting with customers and co-workers in addition to the transformative aspect of his work.
Eddie, who lives in Lynnwood with his longtime girlfriend, has an 11-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old son. He loves to learn new trades and work on project cars such as his classic VW Beetle—he has replaced the engine and is currently doing body work before painting.
Luis S.
A technician with All Kleen for three years, Luis has a handy history: He’s worked as a landscaper, insulation installer, painter, and in maintenance roles. At our company, Luis enjoys the variety of driving to different jobs and getting to know new people.
Luis has been married for two years and lives in Lynnwood with his family—which includes a 3-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter. He loves watching movies and sports, playing video games, and exploring the region with his family and friends.
